In St. Petersburg, an investigation of crimes committed by the former special forces fighter and the veteran of the Chechen campaign Andrei Malyugin continues. The suspect entered the gang of neo -Nazis and was preparing a resonant crime, the victim of which was to be a judge who considered Borovikov’s case - Voevodin , the official website of the investigative department of the Northern capital reports.
The 27-year-old Andrei Malyugin himself at one time also hit the bench of the defendants with other racists. But the jury found the evidence represented by investigators unconvincing and justified the veteran. After liberation, he began to kill with a vengeance, pondering plans for the salvation of like -minded people.
Recall, Andrei Malyugin, who is nickname, was detained during a special operation, conducted on the night of August 30, 2011 at the house No. 31, building 1, Lemo A on Danube Prospekt. The former special forces actively resisted and sprayed gas from a spray can in the face of one of the officers. Then he grabbed his knives and tried to attack the rest of the law enforcement officers from the Granit special purpose detachment. The attacker did not react to the warning shot, and then the operative shot the indefatigable neo -Nazi ass.
“My colleagues used weapons correctly, and it will now be ashamed to have a wound to the fighter in this place,” said Sergey Umnov, the head of the police, the head of the police of St. Petersburg, commented on the injury to Xenophobe.
Initially, two murders were charged with Malyugin: on July 13, 2011, he dealt with apartment No. 62 of house No. 17, building 1, along the valor street with a 36-year-old businessman from Korea. And on July 31, in the underground crossing of the metro station "Veteranov-1 Avenue", Malyugin killed a 22-year-old man. As it later turned out, the murdered person was also xenophobe, but spoke too caustically about the leaders of the neo -Nazi underground.
During the investigation, the investigators exposed the neo -Nazi in the preparation of new crimes that would cause a great resonance. One of the victims was to be a high -ranking minister of Themis.
"During the search, substances belonging to Malyugin, which are necessary for the manufacture of a home -made explosive device, were seized. From the materials of the criminal case it follows that Malyugin planned to commit a murder of a judge considering the criminal case of the Skinheads (Voevodin - Borovikov)," the press release of the investigative department said.
On September 23, a criminal case was instituted against Malyugin under part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the application of violence against a representative of the authorities). As stated in a press release from the detective department, Malyugin stabbed the “stab into the body of the body”, but the granite employee was able to recapture it with the forearm of the left hand. Nevertheless, the attacker caused the policeman a "superficial wound with sedimentation of the skin."
Actioners from special forces and elite universities
The neo -Nazi underground is so strong in Russia that last year it took up the implementation of the most impudent murders, the victims of which are the judges, that is, the elite of the state. So, on April 12, 2010, at 7:40, federal judge Eduard Chuvashov was killed at the entrance of House No. 24 on Strelbitsky Street in Moscow. It was he who carried out severe sentences to neo-Nazis and, in particular, judged the gang of icon painter Arthur Ryn, on whose account dozens of victims.
Investigators suggest that Chuvashova was shot by another former special forces-neonacist-28-year-old Alexei Korshunov nicknamed Korshun. It is assumed that it is hidden in Ukraine .
The kite is also involved in other resonant murders. For example, to the execution of the anti -fascist Ivan Khutorsky , nicknamed Vanya Kostol.
We add that the graduate of the ISTACA of Moscow State University Nikita Tikhonov nicknamed Leshy was also familiar with the Korshun. This neo-Nazi received a life sentence for the murder of lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova.
According to special services, the same war group of neo -Nazis committed a whole series of other resonant crimes. In particular, from the revolver of 1895, the output found during the search in the apartment of Tikhonov and his “battle girlfriend” Evgenia Hasis, in September 2009 the defendant of the so -called “Black Hawks” Rasul Khalilov was shot in Moscow. The operatives believe that Hasis and Tikhonov took part in the preparation of this murder, and the nationalist named either named ED, or the nickname, or nickname ED, or the ED nickname Korshun.
In December 2009, Muslim Abdullaev, champion in Thai boxing, was shot in the capital. The contractor has not yet been established, however, Hasis told Tikhonov about planning this crime. FSB workers secretly recorded this conversation, and the decoding of the "wiretap" appeared in the trial in the case of the murder of Markelov and Baburova.
Finally, in June 2009, in Moscow, Ilya Japaridze dealt with the anti -fascist. The trial of the alleged killer - samboist Yuri Tikhomirov - began in the summer of 2011 and ended equally quickly. It was decided to send materials for the investigation.
“In the form in which they sent the case against Tikhomirov to the court, it could easily fall apart, and even more so in the jury,” a source close to the investigation quoted in July Izvestia . The lawyer of Tikhomirov Alexander Vasiliev objected to the return of the case for the investigation, but he himself refused to comment.
According to the mother of the murdered anti-fascist, Donara Japaridze, one of the errors of the investigation is that photographs of the 25-year-old defendant master of sports in sambo and an employee of the boiler house from Dubna Yuri Tikhomirov were not attached to the case file. These pictures clearly demonstrate the athlete’s involvement in the activities of a neo -Nazi underground, where he was known under the nickname Estonian.
There are photos of Tikhomirov at the wedding of Alexei Korshunov. In other pictures, he poses along with a famous ultra -right activist nicknamed Zuhel. Former student of the Higher School of Economics Roman Zheleznov (Zyuhel) is now serving a four -year term for an attack on an anti -fascist. Zyuhel is known as one of the creators of the NS-WR National Socialist Portal. In addition, he edited sites that posted photographs of anti -fascists with insults and threats to them. The pictures of Fedor Filatov , Ilya Japaridze and Ivan Khutorsky were also posted on them. To date, they are all already killed.
Zyuhel appeared in matters related to the murder of the anti -fascist Alexander Ryukhin (Tikhonov also appeared there), an explosion of a homemade bomb at the apartment of one of the administrators of the Antifa.ru portal Tigran M., during which three policemen and official dog were wounded (both crimes were committed in 2006). At the same time, Zyuhel every time avoided the bench of the defendants.
The last thing that Zyhehel tried to “attach” was the end of the “NSO -Severs” process. But there Zheleznov escaped the court.
For some time he was kept in IVS No. 1 on Petrovka, where he was together in a cell with one of the leaders of the National Socialist Society "Maxim (Adolf) Bazilev on the last day of his life. According to the official version, the leader of the neo -Nazis made suicide, and this death caused a large commotion in the ultra -right environment.
From the murders of foreigners - to reprisals against nationalists
Back in 2006, Andrei Malyugin, together with other neo -Nazis, was detained by the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. However, on June 14, 2011, the jury considered his unproven guilt in the murders of the African-lawyer Samba Lampsar and citizen of Uzbekistan Suyunov. The fighter was also acquitted by episode with banditry and illegal turnover of firearms. Malyugina was released from custody immediately after the verdict was announced, after which he disappeared without waiting for the sentence. Subsequently, the presiding judge was even forced to make a decision on the enforcement of the fighter to the court for the final meeting.
Leaving underground, the racist did not appear among relatives or at the place of registration. He found a refuge in the 22-year-old neo-Nazi Philip Belousov. By the way, before the beginning of 2011, the cover of the cover bore another surname - Tarzhimanov. But either she seemed to him not enough Aryan, or he changed the data because of his criminal past.
In the spring of 2010, Tarzhimanov, with another ten accomplices, was convicted of a series of attacks on foreigners. True, the court sentenced only two gang participants by the real term, and Philip was again at large in the expiration of the limitation period of the perfect. After the trial, he began to engage in informal real estate services. True, socially unprotected or declassified elements became its clients.
Once on the wanted list, Malyugin also tried to change his appearance, approaching the "Aryan ideal." “Immediately after the liberation, Malyugin began to actively play sports, shaved hard, grew a pigtail and Cossack mustache. Probably, he interpreted the image of Taras Bulba,” one of the operatives explained.
It is known that Belousov hid Malyugin in his apartment on Marshal Zakharov Street. And in early July 2011, he rented an apartment in house No. 17/2 on valor Street. Then Malyugin posted on the Internet an announcement of its delivery for a long time. Soon, the 36-year-old St. Petersburg entrepreneur with citizenship of South Korea Alexander Ten became interested in the proposal. On July 10, he and his wife came to see the living space.
According to investigators, Malyugin and Belousov showed an apartment, but did everything possible for Ten to return there again and alone. On July 13 (on this day, Belousov -Tarzhimanov celebrated his birthday) a foreigner came with money - according to operatives, a businessman brought 50 thousand rubles with him. During the conclusion of the Belousov and Malyugin deal, the businessman was strangled by a rope, and the corpse was rolled into the carpet and hid on the balcony. They found the deceased only on July 18, when the neighbors turned to the police due to an unpleasant odor.
Already on the day of the murder of Ten, as established, Belousov left the girl in Feodosia and returned only at the end of July. After the detention, he spoke during interrogation about all the circumstances of the death of Ten.
The detainee police are characterized as a sick person with sadistic inclinations. “On his VKontakte page, he posted several photos from the last trip to the south. In one photo, Belouses stands with a dog in his arms, and on the next holds the cut head of the same dog. They (Belousov and Malyugin), I think, sick people,” one of the employees of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate explained.
Meanwhile, the investigators took up the search for an accomplice of Belousov. During the searches in the apartment on Marshal Zakharov, Malyugin’s personal belongings and his photos were found. Selitra, acetone and wires were also found there - all this was stored, in the words of one of the law enforcement officers, "in unhealthy quantities." Malyugin was put on the wanted list, but this did not stop him from committing new murders in the northern capital.
On July 31, 22-year-old Miroslav Kovrovsky was found dead in the lobby of the metro station "Veteranov Prospekt" metro station. The murdered nationalist at one time sat in the same cell with Alexei Voevodin. There, with the leader of the Skinhead group, he had a conflict, after which Kovrovsky’s life in the isolator was very complicated. Once at large, Kovrovsky often began to express his negative opinion not only to Voevodin, but also to his wife Olga, with whom the leader of the group was reaches already under arrest.
When Miroslav’s words reached Olga Voivodina, she expressed a desire to meet with Kovrovsky. But Malyugin came to the meeting with her. According to investigators, he did not talk, but immediately hit the "distributor of gossip" with a knife in the throat.
Soon after this murder, a criminal case was instituted, within the framework of which Olga Voevodin was detained. The girl spent two days in a temporary detention chamber, after which she talked about how Malyugina brought to a meeting with Kovrovsky. True, according to her, she did not see the attack itself and did not expect similar consequences. After testing, the girl was released.
It should be noted that Malyugin stands out from the midst of other members of the Borovikov -Voevodin gang. He served under a contract in the special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and participated in hostilities in the North Caucasus. By the way, Malyugin was fired from the ranks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for special cruelty.
The fighter is well versed in weapons and even planned to start joint actions with Islamic terrorists against the Russian authorities. According to the testimony of Borovikov’s arrested accomplices, Malyugin talked about the possibility of a temporary coalition with Muslim militants, but other neo -Nazis allegedly did not share these plans. And in the spring of 2006, in front of the St. Petersburg Summit G-8, Malyugin expressed the intention to adopt the experience of terrorists using the hunger belts.
The Borovikov Gang - Voevodin was created back in September 2003. It included young people aged 16 to 22 years, some of whom were already convicted. All participants in the criminal group had firearms.
The group has seven proven murders and eight attacks. The main motive for crimes was national discord, but this did not prevent xenophobs from dealing with their like -minded people. Also, the victim of the racists was the St. Petersburg-ethnographer Nikolai Girenko , who acted as an extremism expert at several nationalist processes (including ships over the groups "Schulz-88 and Mad Crowd ).
In June 2011, the leader of the gang Alexei Voevodin nicknamed the SVR ("Made in Russia") received a life sentence with a sentence in a special regime colony. The second leader - the offspring of the policeman Dmitry Borovikov - was killed during the detention before the trial of the gang.
