In Bashkiria, the video is recognized as extremist

23 September 2011, the Kirovsky District Court of the city of Ufa announced that it recognized  extremist video “Artur Idelbaev (SBM) meets with Basaev”, posted on the Internet at http//video.yandex.ru.

The roller was revealed during the prosecutor's check, and on the day of its discovery shown about 300 times. According to expert opinion of the Institute of Criminalistics of the Center for Special Equipment of the FSB Russia, in the video there are “statements, containing positive assessments of terrorist activities, given the material can be assessed as a statement of recognition of the ideology and practice of terrorism correct, in need of support and imitation.

After that, the prosecutor Republic of Bashkortostan appealed to the court with a statement. During the trial, the video has been removed from the website.
