Syktyvkar: the case of posting racist videos on VKontakte has been sent to court

September 27, 2011 SO for the city of Syktyvkar reported to the Investigative Committee of the RF IC for the Republic of Komi on the completion of the investigation of the criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) in against a 28-year-old local resident. The case has been sent to court.

According to investigators, the accused on one of the sites in the VKontakte network in Posted extremist comments and xenophobic videos in 2011.
