In Cheboksary, the investigation into the online posting of Hitler’s book “Mein Kampf” has been completed.

In October 2011 in the city of Cheboksary of the Republic of Chuvashia of inciting ethnic hatred was completed the investigation into the case (Part 1 Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

A 25-year-old local will soon be in the dock a resident who is accused of posting on a local file sharing site networks of one of the local providers of Adolf Hitler's book "Mein Kampf".

According to part 3 of Art. 1 of the law "On countering extremist activities”, the works of the leaders of the National Socialist Workers’ Party Germany and the Fascist Party of Italy refer to extremist materials and, therefore, prohibited from publication and mass distribution.

The case has already been transferred to the Kalininsky District Court of the city Cheboksary for consideration on the merits.

Recall that in September the investigation of a similar case was completed in Moscow.
