The Chita court returned the case against Jehovah's Witnesses to the prosecutor

October 10, 2011 in the Chita District Court Trans-Baikal Territory held a preliminary hearing on the criminal case in against Jehovah's Witnesses Andrei and Lucia Raitin, accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national and religious hatred), reports the press service of the Administrative Center of Jehovah's Witnesses in Russia.

During the hearing, numerous violations of procedural norms adopted during the preliminary investigation.
