Experts have confirmed that the beating of three Muscovites was accompanied by extremist statements

On October 11, 2011 in Moscow it became known about the results linguistic expertise of the insults shouted out by people from the Caucasus, who attacked two girls and a young man near the Kyrgyzstan cinema on October 5.

It is reported that " Experts found that statements (…) contain calls for the implementation of extremist activities aimed at inciting hostility and humiliation human dignity on the grounds of sex and nationality .

Unfortunately, we do not have the results of the examination. But we don't think it is superfluous to recall that, according to the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation No. 11 “On judicial practice in criminal cases on crimes of extremist directions” dated June 28, 2011 years, when conducting examinations it is forbidden to set linguists legal issues related to the assessment of the committed act. Recall that a criminal case was opened on the fact of the attack. on Thu. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).
