The book “Revisionist History: View from the Right” is finally banned

October 12, 2011 Zheleznodorozhny district court of the city Krasnoyarsk satisfied the claim of the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office and recognized as extremist the book "Revisionist History: A View from the Right" publishing house LLC "Russkaya Pravda-press".

The book was discovered by the transport prosecutor's office during the operational-search activities.

The decision of the court did not satisfy the publishing house OOO Russkaya Pravda-Press” and it was appealed on cassation.

In April 2012, the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court left the decision of the lower court unchanged and it has entered into force.

Recall the book "Revisionist History: A View from the Right" became far from the first publication issued by Russkaya Pravda-press LLC, which recognized as extremist.
