On October 14, 2011, the decision of the Lublin Court came into force Moscow dated September 27, 2011 on recognition as extremist 27 texts, some of which are related to the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir.
Among these texts, in particular, the following articles:

“A number of demonstrations will take place in some parts of Pakistan on April 17 under slogan "Kick out America, overthrow the traitorous rulers, bring back Caliphate""
“Through the creation of the Caliphate, which leads the right way, it has come time of true change, against the backdrop of the collapse of parts of heresy,
"Hizb ut-Tahrir Supreme Military Council in Gaza, calls annul the Camp David Accords and establish the Caliphate,"
“An open letter to a human rights organization and an organization for civil society. About the painful situation of those who are imprisoned in in the hands of the Hizb-ut-Tahrir government of Bengal."
November 16, 2011 these and other texts recognized as extremist by the Moscow Lublin Court, were included in the Federal List of Extremist materials of the Ministry of Justice (pp. 1002-1028).
