In Kaliningrad, a verdict was passed against two Nazi skinhead brothers and their friend

On October 13, 2011, a verdict was passed in Kaliningrad Alexei Nadezhkin born in 1985, his younger brother Sergei Nadezhkin born in 1990 year of birth and their friend - Nikolai Barulin, born in 1987.

The Nadezhkin brothers were accused of committing racist attack on a native of Kyrgyzstan, whose beating was accompanied by xenophobic cries. It is reported that a third person also took part in the attack, whose identity has not been established by the investigation. The incident happened in April this year.

Recall, earlier it was reported that on April 21 this year, a 27-year-old native of Uzbekistan was beaten in Kaliningrad and that this attack was the fourth of a series of similar ones.

In addition, the Nadezhkin brothers and N. Barulin were accused of the fact that a few days after the attack on a girl from Kyrgyzstan, they beat to death a man and a woman during a domestic conflict, with whom drinking alcohol together.

Thus A. Nadezhkin and S. Nadezhkin were charged with p. "b" part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing minor bodily harm motivated by national hatred) and Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (infliction of grievous bodily harm, negligently resulting in the death of the victim). N. Barulin, who did not take part in the racist beating, was charged only with Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The court found all three young people guilty and sentenced:

N. Barulina - to 17 years in prison.

A. Nedezhkina - to 14 years in a strict regime colony;

S. Nadezhkina - to 9 years in a strict regime colony;
