Another case of membership in the NBP in Murmansk

October 17, 2011 it became known about that in Murmansk was taken to court case against activist "Other Russia" by Artur Stepanenko, part 2 Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities banned organization).

The case was filed back in October. 2010 after being held in Murmansk shares of Strategy-31.

Recall that we do not consider it legal ban on the NBP for extremism, as well as sanctions against perceived or real National Bolsheviks for membership in the organization.

In addition, Strategy-31 is an action, in in which not only followers of Limonov.

Please note that in September 2011, Murmansk under the same article was convicted one more person.
