Fine for Timur Mutsuraev's songs

20 October 2011, the prosecutor's office of the Kaluga region announced that he had entered into the verdict of the world court of the city of Kaluga in respect of Nikolai Yerykalin under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (mass distribution of extremist materials).

On user's computer among a large number of folders open for public was found access, a file with recordings of the songs of the Chechen bard Timur Mutsuraev , listed on the Federal List of Extremist Materials .

This was revealed during a joint inspection with the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Kaluga Region enforcement of legislation in the field of countering extremism.

N. Yerykalin was fined 1 thousand rubles.

Solution The court was not appealed and entered into force.

Note that in December 2010 the prosecutor's office reported a similar sentence for songs T. Mutsuraeva. It is not clear whether we are talking about the same episode or different ones.
