A Protestant philanthropist running for Lipetsk mayor claims some of the signatures in his support were stolen

On October 24, 2011, the acceptance of signatures in support of candidates for the post of mayor of Lipetsk. He nominated his candidacy for this post and a well-known Protestant philanthropist in the city, a native of Cameroon, Hubert Akaa. He organized a rooming house in Lipetsk and daily feeding of the homeless.
