Dmitry Demushkin detained in Moscow

On November 2, 2011, one of the leaders of the far-right organization "Russians", 32-year-old Dmitry Demushkin.

He was reportedly brought in for questioning at the investigation of particularly important cases in the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee RF.

Recall that at the end of October against D. Demushkin there were a criminal case was initiated under paragraph "a" part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or hostility committed with the use of violence or with the threat of its use) and Part 3 Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (calls for riots).

Also, in the spring, the leader of the banned " Slavic Union " (Slavic force ) reported that a criminal case had been opened against him for Article 282-2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of an extremist organization.

After interrogation, D. Demushkin was released on bail.
