November 4 2011 in Moscow, police officers detained and taken to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Orekhovo-Borisovo South district of young people (born in 1995 and 1993) and a girl (born in 1990), students of the Polygraphic College, suspected of committing a series of arsons in Moscow.
First the suspect was detained in hot pursuit after committing arson on November 4 at Voronezhskaya street car "Mercedes", 1994 release. The car burned down fully. The flames spread to two more parked cars. near. Passers-by informed the police. An eyewitness identified the detainee person as one of the possible arsonists. The young man was taken to department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Orekhovo-Borisovo South district and confessed to his deed. The rest of the suspects were arrested a little later. It was possible to detain 21-year-old Borko only around 18.00, since she was on the "Russian March" in Lublin.
Three of detainees stated that they adhere to right-wing radical views. By police report, "when one of them offered to go 'punish' a neighbor in home, the rest supported this idea. They doused his car with ignition, and then set on fire. Two of them, according to preliminary data, in arson did not participate, but observed what was happening. The minors were interrogated in the presence of their parents.
The investigative unit of the Investigative Directorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the South Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Moscow initiated criminal case under part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate destruction or damage to another's property by arson). Three suspects (a girl, and young people 93 and 95 b.b.) were detained. Two of them were released on bail.
At suspects Drozdovsky and Nikitin, mobile phones were confiscated, on which a video of arson was found. They confessed to committing 11 arsons. In particular, on October 12, they burned a car parked on Sevanskaya Street. The defendants in the case are being checked for involvement in committing similar crimes.
