R. Gainutdin calls for the development of uniform rules for the allocation of sites for the construction of mosques for all subjects of the federation

November 15, 2011 Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia Ravil Gainutdin, during the meeting dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the JIM, proposed to develop uniform for all constituent entities of the Russian Federation rules for the allocation of land plots for construction of new mosques.
