On the night of November 6, 2011 in the city of Lermontov, Stavropol Territory, unknown tried to set fire to the apartment of Georgy Subbotin.
The attackers doused a metal-plastic window with gasoline, and put a rag in the corner soaked in gasoline and set on fire. Fortunately, it was raining and there was no serious fire.
On the night of November 7, an anti-Semitic inscription and a painted Star of David appeared under the same window.
Initially, the police advised G. Subbotin "not to aggravate the situation" and not to write statement.
