In November 2011 it became known that at the end of August 2011 artist Igor Miroshnichenko, in whose workshop the sketch of T-shirts was made with the slogan "Orthodoxy or death!", December 21, 2010 recognized by Cheryomushkinsky extremist court of Moscow, filed a complaint against the restoration of the missed deadline to file an appeal.
On October 5, 2011, the Cheryomushkinsky District Court restored I. Miroshnichenko, the deadline for appealing the court decision, and on October 14, 2011 in The Moscow City Court sent a complaint.
A date for the hearing of the complaint has not yet been set. Recall that the Lublin Court of Moscow did not recognize the same slogan as extremist, but the Moscow City Court overturned this decision and sent the case for a new trial in a different composition of judges. On November 14, 2011, the suit of the prosecutor's office was left without consideration .
