Xenophobic leaflets in Yakutia

On this fact, the Investigative Committee of the RF Investigative Committee for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).
