Three racist videos recognized as extremist in Nizhny Novgorod

In November 2011, the prosecutor's office of the Nizhny Novgorod region reported that on October 27 of this year, the Sovetsky District Court of the Lower Novgorod satisfied the claim for the recognition of three racist videos as extremist.

It is reported that we are talking about those videos that posted on the Internet 23-year-old Alexander Tomarov. Recall that in August the young man was convicted for this under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

According to the forensic-linguistic examination, the videos “ contain statements expressing hostile, hostile attitude towards persons of another nationality, directed to humiliate a person or a group of persons on the grounds of race, nationality, origin and attitude to religion, which contributes to inciting ethnic strife ."

Earlier it was reported that the videos offend Russians, Tatars, Chechens, Jews, Orthodox and Muslims.
