The Moscow Meshchansky Court recognized two issues of the Caliphate magazine as extremist.
On July 14, 2011, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow recognized extremist materials, two issues of the Islamic magazine "Khalifat" - No. 34 and 35 for 2009. The magazines contain materials from Hizb ut-Tahrir.
In our opinion, the materials of these issues do not contain signs of extremism and are illegally prohibited.
November 16, 2011 the texts were included in the Federal list of extremist materials (paragraphs 994-995).
