The case against Artur Stepanenko is closed

November 29, 2011 October District Magistrate's Court Murmansk dismissed the criminal case against the activist of the "Other Russia" Artur Stepanenko under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of a banned organization) after the expiration of the term prescription. The case was initiated in October 2010 after carrying out the action Strategy-31 in Murmansk.

As a reminder, we do not consider it lawful to ban the NBP for extremism, as well as sanctions against alleged or real National Bolsheviks for organization membership.
