The court in Belgorod demanded that access to the book “Fundamentals of Faith in the Light of the Koran and Sunnah” be blocked

5th of December 2011, the decision of the Sverdlovsky District Court of Belgorod on blocking access to the site that hosts the book "Fundamentals of Faith in the Light of Koran and Sunnah" (M.: Publisher Ezhaev, 2008), included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials. Solution adopted at the suit of the Belgorod prosecutor and concerns the provider CJSC OptikTeleCom.

A similar decision was made by the court in relation to CJSC "Belgorodskiye digital highways", which published materials of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Recall that the book "Basics faith in the light of the Koran and the Sunnah" was recognized as extremist material twice (10 June 2010 in Togliatti and December 27, 2010 in Tyumen ) - on our look, wrong.

In addition, we consider it illegal to completely block sites that do not recognized as extremist, on the grounds that they have separate extremist materials.
