Nizhny Novgorod: swastika on the Alibaba restaurant

In November 2011, the prosecutor's office of the Nizhny Novgorod region, during an audit found on the wall of house number 61 on Belinsky street in Nizhny Novgorod a painted swastika. This building is reported to be restaurant "Alibaba".

As a result, to the head of the company "Etude" LLC, the tenant of the premises for the restaurant was issued a motion to eliminate violations. In addition, the Sovetsky District Court of Nizhny Novgorod was sent a lawsuit demanding that the image be removed from the wall.

LLC "Etude" voluntarily erased the swastika and proceedings has been discontinued for now.
