The sentence of neo-Nazi Fly came into force

On December 14, 2011, the Moscow City Court considered cassation appeal against the verdict of the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow dated 30 September of this year in relation to the leader of the neo-Nazi organization "Northern brotherhood” by Anton Mukhachev (Fly).

Recall that the court found A. Mukhachev guilty of organizing an extremist community (part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and fraud (part 3.4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced to 9 years in a strict regime colony.

The Moscow City Court left the complaint unsatisfied, and the verdict without changes and it takes effect.
