A criminal case has been opened in Pskov over the publication of xenophobic texts on a news portal

In December 2011, a criminal case was initiated in Pskov according to part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

The case was initiated against a 42-year-old local resident, whom suspect that from the end of 2010 to the middle of this year he published xenophobic texts on one of the Pskov news sites.

Unfortunately, we do not know what kind of tests we are talking about.
