A resident of the village of Mariets will soon be in the dock 19-year-old Nikolai Nikolaev, who is accused of being in October of this year drew a Nazi swastika and the slogan "Glory to Rus'".
It is reported that the young man is charged with Part 1 of Art. 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (vandalism).
