A criminal case has been opened in Khabarovsk over anti-Semitic slogans on the wall of the lyceum

In December 2011, in the Khabarovsk Territory, a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (vandalism based on national hate).

The case was initiated against a 21-year-old local resident, whom was accused of having painted the wall of the Mathematical Lyceum with anti-Semitic slogans. It is reported that the inscriptions were made in yellow paint over the portrait. Albert Einstein, depicted on the wall of the school.

Unfortunately, we do not know what kind of inscriptions are speech.

Recall that in November in Khabarovsk a student was sentenced for writing anti-Semitic and xenophobic slogans on a concrete fence.
