The Syktyvkar City Court refused to satisfy the Protestants' yet another complaint

On December 21, 2011, the Syktyvkar City Court refused Church of Evangelical Christians "Glory of God" in satisfaction of the complaint against actions of the prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Komi and the Knyazhpogost district.

The representative of the Church asked the court to recognize the actions prosecutors in May and July 2011 illegal. Representative of the Prosecutor's Office of Komi insisted that, since the supervisory agency from claims to "God's Glory” refused, then the complaint of the Church “God's Glory” is not subject to satisfaction.

Recall that during the preliminary hearing of the court on December 5, 2011 The representative of the republican prosecutor's office said that he was withdrawing his claims and acknowledges that no action is required regarding "God's glory".
