Khabarovsk security official considers rallies against election fraud extremism

December 21, 2011, speaking at a meeting Duma of the Khabarovsk Territory, Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Khabarovsk edge Ivan Ilts commented on the rallies, following the December 4 elections.

According to him, "public meetings of this kind are equivalent to extremist activities."
