In the Perm Territory, the building of a mosque, previously occupied by the Center for Children's Creativity, was transferred to the ownership of the Muslim Spiritual Directorate.

On December 23, 2011 it became known that by the decision of the Administration Osinsky municipal district of the Perm Territory dated December 14, the building of the mosque on st. Volodarsky was transferred to the ownership of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims Perm region.

Muslims sought the transfer of this oldest in the region mosques for several years. According to IslamNews, this was the last Muslim religious building in the region, not transferred to a religious organization.

In Soviet times, the building housed various institutions, the last one was occupied by the Center for Children's Creativity. About where he was transferred this center is not reported.
