Follower of Jehovah's Witnesses faces updated charges

On December 29, 2011, it became known that on December 20, 2011, Elena Grigorieva, a resident of Akhtubinsk (Astrakhan region), was charged with an updated charge under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting religious hatred). The Jehovah's Witnesses literature distribution case was initiated against her in February 2011. At the same time, searches were carried out in Grigorieva's house, then the woman was forced to quit her job.
