December 29, 2011 Aviastroitelny District Court of Kazan sentenced previously wanted two members of the National Socialist groups "Front of Kazan Patriots" Vyacheslav Potemkin and Alexander Korovochkin.
Recall that in the case of the remaining six members of the group, the verdict was issued in July 2011.
The court found V. Potemkin guilty of hooliganism on the motive national hatred (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), beatings on the motive national hatred (clause “b” part 2 of article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), participation in an extremist community (part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), complicity in the commission of a group robbery assault (part 5 of article 33 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and part 2 of article 162 of the UKRF), and theft (paragraphs “a, b” of part 2 of article 158 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
He was sentenced to 3 years in a penal colony.
The court found A. Korovochkin guilty of committing theft (paragraphs “a, b” part 2 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
He was sentenced to 2 years of probation.
