The verdict in the case of posting xenophobic files on the Internet has been appealed

January 19 2012, the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of the city of Saratov announced that it had filed an appeal against the verdict 21-year-old Andrei Borisov, convicted under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (initiation of national hatred).

Recall that the court fined the man 100 thousand rubles. Convicted in August 2010 created a group in one of the social networks in which he posted xenophobic texts and videos.
