Carousel along the Garden Ring

Today at a meeting of the League of Voters we decided to support an excellent idea that was born in the depths of social networks: on Sunday we are going to ride along the Garden Ring in support of the Great March on February 4 and fair elections .

Those who have a car start driving around Sadovoy at 2 p.m., clockwise, in the second row. We do not interfere with drivers who are in a hurry, we give way to each other and greet each other with horns. We decorate the cars with white ribbons, white balls—anything white in general.

Those who don’t have a car will simply walk along the sidewalk. Without posters, flags or banners - just with a white ribbon. Using this ribbon, motorists will recognize their own and invite them to warm up and get to know each other.

Only 1000 cars are enough to close the entire ring and make it 100% white. And I think there will be many more than one thousand of us.
We will not be afraid of either cold or snowstorm.

Residents of some other cities are ready to organize the same action. Its general name is “White Street”.
