Article “For Cossacks for Cossacks” recognized as extremist

In December 2011, the Soviet District Court of the city Rostov-on-Don recognized as extremist the article "Peter Molodidov: for "Cossacks" for the Cossacks". The author of the article, Petr Molodidov, published this article in newspaper "Cossack look", published in the Kaluga region.

Copies of the newspaper with this article were confiscated by officers of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Southern Federal District, after which they were sent to conduct psychological and linguistic research in order to establish signs of extremist agitation. By the results of four studies conducted by various specialized expert organizations, Molodidov’s article was recognized as “containing appeals to carry out extremist activities.

Also, by a court decision, access to Molodidov's website was closed.

In relation to P.Molodidov, who is already serving time for murder, criminal case under part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
