Moscow: the verdict in the case of posting Hitler’s book “Mein Kampf” on the Internet has come into force

January 24 2012, the Moscow prosecutor's office announced that the verdict had come into force  dated December 14, 2011 Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow in a criminal case against 40-year-old Petr Samorodov.

Recall that the man was sentenced under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting national hatred) to 1 year of imprisonment conditionally for placement in December 2009 on the Internet of the book of Adolf Hitler "Mein Kampf" ("Main Kampf").
