The Prosecutor's Office of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic demands that comments on the Internet be recognized as extremist

On January 21, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic announced that it had filed an application with the court to recognize as extremist the commentary to the article "Instruction for those who hesitate in the issue of complicity in the holidays of the infidels" as extremist.

The publication and comments to it were discovered during Internet monitoring on one of the "extremist sites". After a preliminary analysis of the content of one of the comments, the Center "E" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the KBR sent an application for a legal assessment to the prosecutor's office of the republic. Based on the results of the analysis, a statement was sent to recognize the commentary as extremist information material.
