The court ordered the Vladivostok administration to transfer the premises to the ownership of the Baptist church

On January 24, 2012, the Pervorechensky Court of Vladivostok satisfied the claim of the Central Church of Evangelical Christian Baptists against the city administration and the Municipal Property Department, which refused to transfer the second floor of the building, used by the community since 1976, to the church's ownership.

The court recognized the actions of the administration as illegal and ordered to transfer the disputed premises to the property of the church.
