A case has been opened against another activist of the organization “Spiritual and Tribal Power of Rus'”

On January 30, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the Kurganinsky district of the Krasnodar Territory reported that the Kurganinsky District Court, for consideration on the merits a case was sent against an activist of the organization "Rada of the Land of the Kuban Spiritual-Clan Power "Rus" (member of the group since 2005). Prosecutor approved indictment in a criminal case for hours. 2 Article. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of a public or religious association or other organizations in respect of which the court has adopted a legally binding decision on liquidation or prohibition of activities in connection with the implementation extremist activities).

The case was initiated on October 3, 2011 by the investigator of the Labinsk MRSO SU SK Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory.

Defendant from October 2010 to April 2011 in the territory Kurganinsky district of the Krasnodar Territory, distributed video materials about organization's activities. The Derzhava activist reportedly knew that his organization "Rada of the land of the Kuban Spiritual-Clan Power of Rus'" March 30, 2006 year was recognized as extremist . Recall that this is not the first time in relation to the members of the group in Krasnodar edge. In September 2011, the prosecutor's office of the city of Goryachiy Klyuch of Krasnodar sentenced its members V. Gerasev and V. Tolstov. And in November 2011 Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar sentenced activist Association Nikolai Lozinsky.
