Vladivostok: The sentence for anti-Semitic texts on the Internet came into force

On January 30, 2012, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Territory reported that during Vladivostok, the verdict under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) and Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for extremist activities).

Recall that 23-year-old Dmitry Tsiopa posted anti-Semitic texts on the Internet with calls for violence.

The court sentenced him on November 19, 2011 to imprisonment for a period of 1 year 2 months on probation with 8 months probation.
