In Vladivostok, charges were brought for attacks and attempted explosion of the Federal Migration Service building

On January 30, 2012, the SO of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory reported that five residents of Vladivostok were charged under Part 2 of Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization extremist community), Part 1 of Art. 30, paragraph "a" part 2 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted to commit a terrorist act), Part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal purchase, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of explosive substances), part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).

According to investigators, the defendants from May to June 2011 in the city of Ussuriysk made several attacks on people of “non-Slavic appearance”, as well as were going to plant an explosive device near the building of the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory "during  the largest concentration of non-Slavs near the building. They purchased TNT, detonators and store them where they live. The young people were unable to carry out the explosion because their actions were stopped by the FSB officers in Primorsky Krai ..
