The Moscow Regional Court accepted the cassation appeals of Scientologists for consideration

On January 26, 2012, the Moscow Regional Court canceled the decision of the Shchelkovsky city court (Moscow region), which left without consideration of cassation appeals of the director of the Publishing Group "New Era" by F.A. Asmanova, International Church of Scientology and Groups of Individuals to the June 27, 2011 Order initiation of a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting religious hatred) over the distribution of Ron Hubbard's books.

Solution adopted after consideration of private complaints of the applicants.

Consideration of cassation appeals on the merits is scheduled for March 13.

Recall that the decision to ban Hubbard's books to there is currently no prosecution of Scientologists for "extremism", in our opinion, is illegal.
