A criminal case has been opened in Izhevsk for distributing xenophobic leaflets

January 27, 2012 SO for Pervomaisky district of the Investigative Committee of the TFR for SD was initiated criminal case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred) for posting xenophobic leaflets.

Recall that in Izhevsk in early December 2011 by police officers for posting at public transport stops and trade stops complex on st. 40th Anniversary of the Victory of leaflets with extremist information was arrested A 21-year-old young man . During the personal search, he had 40 leaflets were confiscated.
