In January 2012, in the city of Skopin, Ryazan Region, a verdict was passed in the case of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1, Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In the dock was a local resident Alexei Ermakov, who was accused of being on July 1 last year, being in a state of alcohol intoxication, covered one of the city walls with xenophobic slogans.
The court found the young man guilty and sentenced him to 160 hours of compulsory work.
