A sentence was passed in Izhevsk for xenophobic leaflets

January 27 2012, the Ustinovsky District Court of the city of Izhevsk delivered a sentence under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred and enmity committed in public) to Andrey Mokrushin (born in 1989).

Mokrushin in November 2011, produced and pasted on trade kiosks and poles in Ustinovsky district of the city flyers with text “282, FORBIDDEN TO BE RUSSIAN”, “Crush the Jews!”, “I am Russian”, “Immigrant from Caucasus! You're next!", "Remember, you're always right."

Historical and ethnographic the examination found that “the texts of the leaflets contain calls to incite hatred and enmity towards representatives of other nationalities, and in addition, contain Nazi symbols.

Punishment Mokrushin was sentenced to imprisonment for 1 year 2 months with a probationary period of 1 year 6 months.

February 8 2012 the verdict entered into force.

Recall that on 10 June 2010 the Pervomaisky District Court of Izhevsk ruled guilty verdict also in the case according to part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in relation to A. Mokrushin for drawing anti-Semitic inscriptions on the "Community Center of Jewish Culture of the Udmurt Republic" in March March 2010.
