“Skins are cutting chocks” is recognized as extremist in Syktyvkar

February 3, 2012 Syktyvkar City Court of the Republic Komi satisfied the claim of the prosecutor's office and recognized the video “Skins cut chock."

The video came to the attention of law enforcement agencies in March last year: upon its publication in the VKontakte social network, there were filed under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred).

Recall that 18-year-old Antonov Vostrikov posted the video online was convicted in July 2011.

It should be noted that under the name "Skins cut chocks", a well-known video "Execution of a Tajik and a Dag" was posted on the social network, already recognized as an extremist decision of the Maykop City Court of the Republic of Adygea from 05/27/2008 and included in the list (paragraph 265).
