In February 2012, St. Petersburg completed investigation of the case of a member of the neo-Nazi group NS / WP - Dmitry Nedugov.

A young man is accused of murdering a homeless man, attempted on the murder of an Iraqi citizen and the arson of the icon case in the Church of Our Lady of Kazan on Stachek Avenue.
