Criminal case for anti-Russian cries

On February 10, 2012, the Shpakovsky interdistrict SO of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Stavropol Territory announced the initiation of a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting hatred and enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) against a 43-year-old woman.

The investigation established that in October 2011 a woman in a recreation park in the village of Tuguluk, Grachevsky District, shouted insults at the Russians and threatened to kill the Russian people.
