On February 15, 2012, it became known that the case against the Nizhny Novgorod activists of the movement "antifa" sent to court. All of them are accused of Part 2 Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code (participation in an extremist community), part 2 of Art. 213 (hooliganism committed by an organized group of persons or related to resistance to a representative of the authorities), paragraph "b" part 2 of Art. 115 (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm) and par. "b" part 2 of Art. 116 (beatings motivated by hatred or enmity against a social group).
The prosecutor's office reports four accused. Previously it was reported that charges were brought against five: Artyom Bystrov, Pavel Krivonosov, Oleg Gembaruk, Albert Gainutdinov and Dmitry Kolesov.
The defendants in the case are charged with the creation of a certain "extremist community" "Antifa-RUS" and " attacks on representatives of "skinheads - football fans" and causing bodily harm to the latter and beatings based on ideological hatred and enmity ."
