In the Samara region, the prosecutor's office considered a violation of the law a reference to Holy Scripture in the charter of the Baptist church

On February 13, 2012, the prosecutor of the Borsky district of the Samara region A. Bobkov brought a protest to the local religious organizations of the Church of Evangelical Christians - Baptists of Christ the Savior of the Village Borskoe, Samara region. The text of the protest states that “an indication in charter as the basis for the activity of "Holy Scripture" contradicts legal requirements."

The Church intends to challenge protest.
